Hi,
Blue bin ordering, repair and replacement services are offered free of charge to residents. Although these services are free of charge for the requester, they do incur costs for the community. It is therefore essential to respect the following instructions to avoid unnecessary trips by the technical service.
The work will be completed out within a maximum of 20 days following the submission of your request.
You will receive an e-mail or text message 36 to 48 hours before the service visit.
Replacement or repair services
Prior to service, please :
- Empty your blue bin completely.
- Place it in full view of the street.
Please note : If these conditions are not met, we will unfortunately be unable to process your request.
Useful information
- Serial number: written on the top of the bin (e.g. #415-0000252).
- Replacement of a broken bin: a photo of the damaged bin is required. The old bin will be removed.
- Repair preferred: To optimize resources, bin repair is preferred to replacement. If a repair is possible, the technician reserves the right to do so rather than replace the bin.
Cancellation or modification
If you need to cancel or modify your request, please do so as soon as possible by contacting your municipality. Once you have received notification of the “In process” status, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to cancel or modify your request.
